Before and After
This carpet
belongs to a customer who recently purchased a fixer upper house. Due to
special circumstances, they needed the loan officer to come to the home
for a walk through before it would be considered for a loan. The loan
officer made a notation on her report that "the carpet is at the end
of it's life". The customer asked us to come out and see if there was
anything we could do. We went out and cleaned their carpet. Well, as the
story goes, they got their loan, and we were cleaning the loan officers
carpet two weeks later. All photos are scanned originals and are not
